Information about using additional coats protected coats of steel lining of stratified plates.

PVC coat - physiological safe in direct contact with food - thickness 120µm - used in temperatures from -40 to +60°C- high corrosion-proof - heighten hardness - resistant to soils - easy washable - resistant to industrial washing preparation activity The coat is recommended to rooms with average moisture, where there is no condensation of water
vapour. 2. PVDF coat - thickness 25µm - heighten corrosion-proof - heighten proof of mechanical damages The coat is recomended to rooms with very high temperature, even to 120ºC. 3.
PLASTISIOL - thickness 200µm - the highest corrosion-proof - the highest proof of mechanical damages The coat is appriopriates for a rooms with very high
moisture.
4. MARICLEAN coat- physiological safe in direct contact with food
- thickness 55µm- high corrosion-proof
- heighten hardness
- easy washable
The coat is proofed on detergents activity (with alkaline and acid reaction), the coat is suitable to rooms with very high moisture.
5. Coat of stainless steel
OH18N9 (304 type, ASTM
A240/85), thickness 0,55 mm. The coat is used in objects with very difficult conditions and special hygienically and sanitary demands.
